  • - Shipping within Italy with GLS Express Courier, delivery in 2-3 business days (up to 2 additional days for islands);
  • - Shipping within the EU (European Union) with International Express Courier, delivery in 7-10 days;
  • - Shipping worldwide with International Express Courier, delivery in 7-15 days.

Product returns

Returns are accepted in compliance with the right of withdrawal regulation, within 14 days from the date of order delivery.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact customer support to arrange the return procedure.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving and verifying the product's integrity, the customer will receive a store credit of equal value to use for a new order on the site (for size exchange or selection of a new item).

Shipping for the new order will be free of charge.

Payment methods

Nanà Boutique ensures secure online payments for every order. The accepted payment methods are as follows:
